Email ?
Most customers
prefer to receive their card details by email rather than
wait for a posted card. Access numbers/pins etc are
normally sent out within 24 hours of receiving your order.
In reality we aim to get this done within 4 hours if not
sooner. If you need a card more urgently you may wish to
either, drop us an email or phone call,
with your order number asking for urgent attention.
Due to
security procedures we will want to confirm all first time
orders by telephone. This may take up to 24 hours, subject
to your availability.
Also note
that all non UK cards are shipped via email only.
If you loose your emailed pin we can resend this to the
original email address so you needn't worry about this.

Postage is
£3.60. Postage is done by Special Delivery at cost. This
is £3.60. Special deliver is normally delivered the next
day, before 12.30 noon. A signature is required.
Why
special delivery?
We use
special delivery because it is insured. This is important
as many phone cards sent via the postal services were
never reaching their destinations. Cards sent via Special
delivery do. We past this on at 'cost' if you need
a physical card.
Additional information
As part of our security measures we will normally want to
telephone you and verify your details by phone for all
first time orders. If necessary, we may ask for
additional identification with your first time order. We
work very closely with the relevant authorities to help
reduce the amount of credit card theft and fraud. We do
reserve the right to refuse orders if we feel that that
the card is stolen.
Please note
that if orders are made via a stolen credit card,
'phone to' and 'phone from' numbers may be passed over to
the police by the relevant telco. This information is
normally confidential.
